7-Cup Cake




 
 SEVEN CUPS CAKE 
 
Seven Cup Cake is the festive season recipe. The aroma of besan mixed with butter and sugar, you wont be able to resist. You will enjoy every bite of it.

INGREDIENTS 

Besan flour  : 1 cup

Coconut gratings  : 1 cup

Milk   : 1 cup

Ghee   : 1 cup

Sugar   : 3 cups

  
 
  

METHOD 

Fry besan flour with ghee in a kadai till the raw smell of the besan flour goes off. 

Then add coconut gratings, milk and sugar to the mixture. 

Cook in a medium flame by  stirring the mixture constantly till  it becomes a thick non-sticking paste.

Transfer the contents to a ghee-greased plate .Spread  the mixture evenly with a flat spoon.

After a few minutes cut it  into desired shapes.
