Mango is king of all the fruits and Konakn pride. Enjoy mango pie in all seasons. Everybody loves mango in any form. Mangoes can be served as mango milk shake, mango smoothies, mango pie and just slice mango and enjoy the sweet taste.
No bake mango pie can be served as dessert and can be prepared ahead of time. It is quick dessert.
Ingredients: 1/2 pint Whip cream
1/2 large can mango pulp
If you have fresh mangoes then make pulp of fresh mangoes. take mangoes without thread(reshas) and make sure you strain the pulp for any threads. Pulp should be smooth.
1 tspoon vanilla extract optional, you can also add elaichi/cardmom for Indian flavor
1 graham cracker crusts
Method: Mix the whip cream with mango pulp. Fold it together till it blends well.
Blend well until the entire pulp is incorporated. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. Freeze it covered for 5 to 6 hours.
You can serve it by adding fresh mango pieces or cream.
You can add dry fruits for variation.
