Mulyachi Bhaji/Radish vegetable




 

 Ingredients:

2 bundles radish leaves
½ cup soaked toovar dal(soak for 3 hours)

 1 cup grated coconut
2 green chilies
one onion finely chopped
1 tsp jaggery or Gul

salt to taste.
oil for seasoning 


METHOD:
Clean radish leaves and chopp finely and keep aside. Take oil in a pan add chopped onion and chilies.

Stir for sometime and add the soaked toovar dal with little bit of water.

Let toovar dal cook for about 5 minutess, then add the finely chopped leaves of radish.

Do not add water,the radish leaves will leave moisture and cook in its own moisture.

Cook it for about 25 minutes on low heat covered.

 Check in between for water or until done.

When it is almost ready add gul or jaggery and grated coconut.

let it cook for sometime then add salt and stir.

Close for sometime and cook. Its ready to serve with Rice and curry.
