कच्चा फणसाची भाजी | Fanasachi Bhaji|

Ingredients: 2 cups Jackfruit,(फणस,) chopped into pieces 2 green chillies 1 tsp coriander seeds 2 tbsp Grated Coconut 1 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds pinch of hing ¼ tsp turmeric Salt to taste Water:

Method: - Tear raw jackfruit into pieces. Crush green chilli and coriander seeds. In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds once mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds. Add crushed green chilli coriander paste. Add the chopped jackfruit pieces and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add Salt and turmeric powder. Add 2 tbsp of water and cover and cook. - Cover it with a lid and let the vegetable cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. – Once it is cooked, add grated coconut and cook for 2-3 minutes Serve with rice or bhakari
