Ingredients 
2  1/2 cups beaten rice / poha(फोव)
1 medium sized potato boiled(बटाटा)
4 tablespoon grated coconut (सय)
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 
(सासवा)
1 tsp cumin seeds(जिरे)
7-8 curry leaves(करवील)
A pinch of asafoetida / hing(हिंग)
2 green chilies (हरव्यो मिरसांग)
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (कोथमीर)
1 tsp lemon juice (लिंबाचो रस).
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder(हळद)
1/2 teaspoon sugar(साखर)
2 tbsp  oil (तेल)
Salt to taste(मीठ)

Konkani 

Method 
Rinse poha beaten rice with water and keep aside. 
If you are using thick poha then add 2 tbsp of water to poha. 
Peel and chop potatoes into cubes. ,
Add salt and turmeric to potatoes. 
Add salt, turmeric, sugar and corriander leaves to poha. 
Take a pan and add oil. 
When oil is warm enough add mustard seeds.
Once mustard seeds start spluttering add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green 

chillies and asafoetida.
Add potato cubes and stir for 3-4 minutes .
Add beaten rice (poha ) and mix well.
Add Lemon Juice ad fresh coconut. 
Mix well.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Add water or oil if needed.
