How to make Masala doodh Milk

1 1/4 liter Milk (दूध)
8 cashews (काजू)
10 Almonds (बदाम)
8 pistachios (पिस्ता)
2 tsp sugar (साखर)
1 tsp cardamom seed
powder (वेलची पिठो)
1/8 tsp nutmeg powder (जायफळ)
20 strands of saffron (केशर)


Grind together all the dry fruits along with sugar,  cardamom seed powder and nutmeg.
Keep milk to boil.
Keep saffron soaked in warm milk for 10 minutes.
Add saffron with milk to the milk on the gas.
Add masala to the milk little by little and stir.
Let the milk boil on a low flame for 5 minutes.
Add sugar as per taste.
Serve warm .
