Dudh poha is a Goan speciality made during Diwali day.
1 cup Poha/Flattened rice (फोव)
1/4 tsp cardamom seed powder (वेलची पिठो)2 1/2 cups milk (दूध)
Rinse poha in water, drain water and keep aside.
Heat milk on low heat.
Add sugar , dry fruits to the milk. Mix well
Add poha and cardamom powder and boil for 4-5 minutes stirring continuously.
Serve warm or chilled.
