केळ्याचो हालवो Banana Halwa

Banana halwa is goan sweet dish made during Diwali day.  Very easy to make and has bigger shelf life. 
Ingredients 
Ripe banana(केळी)
1/8 tsp cardamom seed powder (वेलची पिठो)
Sugar (साखर)
Ghee(तूप)
Konkani 



Method
Peel and slice ripe bananas. 
Add Ghee to the pot and wait until it melts.
Add sliced bananas and Stir well for 2-3 minutes
Add Sugar and Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat checking in between .
Add Cardamom powder, cover and put off the flame.

Serve warm or cold
