Yogurt Quinoa Dahi Quinoa

Quinoa is a good source of proteins and amino acids. Dahi quinoa is easy to make, healthy and yummy. 

How to make dahi yogurt quinoa 

Ingredients 
Quinoa washed and cooked 1 cup क्विनोआ धोकर पकाया हुआ१ कप
Yogurt whisked 1 1/2 cupsद ही फेंटी हुई 1 1/२ कप
Ghee or oil 1 tablespoon घी १ बड़ा चमचा
Peanuts roasted peeled 1/4 cup मूंगफली १/४(एक चौथ कप)
Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon राई १/२(आधा) छोटा चम्मच
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon जीरा १/२(आधा) छोटा चम्मच
Dried red chillies 2 सूखी लाल मिर्च २
Curry leaves 3-4 कड़ी पत्ते ३-४
Split Bengal gram (chana dal) 1 teaspoon चने की दाल १ छोटा चम्मच
Split black gram 1 teaspoon उड़द दाल १ छोटा चम्मच
Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon अदरक कटा हुआ 1 चम्मच
Salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार

Method
Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds pan and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, dried red chilies, curry leaves, Bengal gram and black gram, curry leaves, roasted peanuts, ginger chopped mix and sauté till the gram turns golden. 
Whisk yogurt and add to cooked quinoa. Mix well. Add salt. 
Make sure quinoa is not too hot when adding yogurt otherwise it will leave water.
Drain; add the seasoning to the quinoa. 
Mix well and serve.
