Mango Milk Shake

Mango is healthy and tasty fruit. No matter how you eat mango, it will always be the king of the fruits. 
Mango has Vitamin A, Vitamin C, folate, B6. 

Ingredients
1.5 cups mango chopped 
1.5 कप आम कटा हुआ
2 cups Cold Milk
2 कप ठंडा दूध
5 almonds 
5 बादाम
2 - 3 tbsp Sugar
2 - 3 चम्मच चीनी
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 टीस्पून इलायची पाउडर

Method
Clean and peel off the mango skin.
Remove mango seed and chop mango roughly.
Add mango, milk, sugar, almonds and cardamom powder to the blender. 
Blend it until puree. 
You can add few ice cubes or ice-cream while blending if you like mango shake to creamy and rich. 
Mango and vanilla ice creams are my favorites with mango shake. 
Serve in glasses. 
You can decorate glasses with fruits, dry fruits, saffron, ice cream, chocolate as per your choice.
