strawberry banana smoothie

Healthy smoothie with strawberry, Orange- vitamin c, banana-potassium, Dates- iron, walnuts, flaxseeds- omega 3, Almonds- Vitamin E, Yogurt- calcium and vitamin B12. Smoothie has all healthy ingredients and quick to make. You can also add blueberries or any other kinds of fruits you like. 

Ingredients 
1 Banana 1 केला
5 Strawberries 5 स्ट्रॉबेरी
2 Dates 2 खजूर
1/2 cup Yogurt 1/2 कप दही
5 Almonds 5 बादाम
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder 1/4 चम्मच दालचीनी पाउडर (optional)
1/4 tsp Flaxseeds 1/4 चम्मच अलसी 
2 tbsp. walnuts 2 tbsp अखरोट
1/2 Orange 1/2 नारंगी

Method: 
Chop Banana, clean strawberry. 
Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend it. 
You can add few ice cubes during summer season. 
Serve this cold.
