Black Grape Sharbat Angoor ka Sharbat

Relieves Indigestion and constipation 
Black Grapes contain organic acid, sugar and cellulose, high in insoluble fiber which helps to relieve constipation. Mint Leaves promotes digestion and ease gas .Cumin Seed boosts Digestive System. 

1 cup black grapes 1 कप काले अंगूर
1 inch ginger 1 इंच अदरक
2 tbsp Rock Sugar 2 चम्मच मिश्री
10-12 Mint Leaves 10-12 पुदीना के पत्ते
1/4 tsp Rock Salt 1/4 चम्मच सेंधा नमक
1/2 Glass lemon soda.
Lemon slice 

Clean grapes, ginger and mint leaves with water. 
Remove ginger skin. 
Add Black grapes, ginger, mint leaves, salt, sugar, cumin seed powder in blender. 
Grind to make a smooth paste.
Sieve with a juice strainer .
Fill the serving glasses 1/2 with this syrup.
Add some crushed ice and then pour aerated lemon drink to fill the glass.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
