Watermelon juice/Licuado De Melon

Watermelon juice is very cooling to the body. It is served during summer season.Watermelon is  packed with some of the most important antioxidants in nature.Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of vitamin A, and beta carotene
  
Ingredients:
Watermelon
Ice cubes
Salt to taste (optional )
Black Pepper Powder ( optional)
Sugar (optional)

Method:
  • Cut water melon, deseed water melon if any seeds are present.
  • Scoop out the red flesh of water melon, discarding skin and white part.  
  • Blend the water melon pieces in blender.
  • Serve chilled adding little salt and jeera powder (add some ice cubes).
  •  You can also add Black pepper powder, salt and sugar. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
