Mango Milk Shake
Mango is the king of all fruits. Mango milk shake is served chilled during hot summer season. Mango with milk feels your tummy but still you would want more. The fresh smell of mango and fresh milk make it even more tempting.
2 cups ripe mango cubes
1/2 liter milk regular/ low fat milk
1 1/2 tbsp sugar (optional)
pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
1/2 cup crushed ice cubes
Cut ripe mango into cubes, discard skin and seed.
Blend the mango cubes along with a cup of milk for 15-20 seconds.
Add the remaining milk, sugar, cardamom and crushed ice and blend for another 30 seconds and serve chilled.
You can also make milk shake using mango pulp. Most of the time mango pulp has sugar added to it. While making milk shake do not add sugar.
